  • Duties included managing a dynamic, mostly remote team, assisting with department budget planning, leading peer meetings, mentoring peers, strategic planning for service design, transition, and operations, assisting customers with process automation, developing custom scripts/automated workflows/custom applications in PowerShell, .Net, Chef (Ruby).
